Onboarding Manager Lauren Hulbert is a PMS expert. She manages and supports her team, ensuring the highest standards while troubleshooting and maintaining client relationships. She advises hotels on best PMS practice, as well as building and supporting our integrating API platforms.

Lauren has worked in hospitality for 15 years, having worked as GM and then Sales & Revenue Manager for a group of country hotels before coming to Rezcontrol in 2022.
